Ingredients
1 teaspoon panela
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 oz Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
Splash of club soda
1 Ice Cube
Orange peel
Directions
Muddle panela with bitters until the panela dissolves. Add bourbon or whiskey and splash of soda. Stir, add ice and garnish with an orange peel. Cheers!
